Since graduating from the Utah College of Massage Therapy and earning my MBLEx
certification in 2016, I’ve dedicated my career to helping clients reclaim mobility and balance
through skilled, adaptive bodywork. My training spans 14 modalities—from Reflexology to
Structural Integration and Shiatsu to Russian Sports Massage—giving me a deep
understanding of the musculoskeletal system. Over the years, I’ve honed a unique approach
that blends Trigger Point Therapy, Structural Integration, Craniosacral, and Sports Massage
techniques. This fusion allows me to target chronic tightness, restore movement, and address
the root causes of discomfort, rather than just symptoms.
Every session is tailored to your needs. Whether you’re recovering from injury, managing
post-surgical healing, or seeking relief from daily strain, I adapt my methods to align with your
goals and physical history. My focus is on collaborative care: By listening to your body and
combining precision techniques, we work together to reduce pain, improve mobility, and help
you move through life with greater ease. Let’s create a plan that gets you off the table and back
to doing what you love—with less discomfort and more freedom.

Daisy is an intuitive, empathetic, and authentic practitioner. She is constantly evolving her knowledge and using all her levels of expertise to truly do what is best for her clients. She meets you where you are and is genuinely determined to get you where you want to be and in your best health. When you are in her space, you are the number one priority.
As a young girl, Daisy spent all her time either outside in the mountains and dirt, playing sports, or excelling in all academics. No matter what she was doing, however, her sincere desire to look out for others and help others was apparent. She was naturally aware of the needs of others and wanted to be a neurosurgeon from the age of five, she truly wanted to change the world (still does). All her studies were aimed towards that goal, until the year of her senior year of high school. She was hit with some major health challenges that were deemed incurable.
For the next three years, she spent countless hours a week at doctors’ appointments and had to give up most of the things she loved, but her determination to heal and to still help others trumped any sense of giving up. She spent countless hours researching all avenues of nutrition and alternative healing modalities and utilizing them in her own life, on top of a full load of health science and nutrition coursework at university. The more she implemented these alternative healing methods, the better she was feeling. She even got to a point where she was out of pain and was beginning her nursing degree and doing biomedical research, all aiming at attending medical school.
In the year of 2019, that all changed. A traumatic emotional event triggered a health crisis. All the health problems returned on an entirely different scale, which culminated in her passing away in 2019, due to her body shutting down and her heart giving up. By some absolute miracle they were able to revive her, and she had no major complications, which was dumbfounding to the entire medical team. She was given two months to live at most, but took matters into her own hands.
Her death sparked some inner knowing within her on exactly what she needed to heal and how to help others along their journeys. She vowed to do all she could to help others face insurmountable challenges with physical, emotional, or mental health in any way she possibly could. She was then certified in foot zone therapy, reiki, herbalism, and researched nutrition and acupressure for years. She started working on her own clients and began coaching them along their healing paths and seeing fantastic results.
Daisy is constantly studying the most recent research on all levels of health so that she is armed with the most up to date information and is constantly expanding her scope. She is currently attaining her integrative nutrition health coach certification, breathwork certification, and tai chi certification. Her sincere love of others has created a space where she meets them exactly where they are and assists them in achieving their highest potential.
